Video marketing services people actually watch

Almost nobody reads a page from top to bottom. Put a video on that same page and your customers stop and watch it through. We animate it, fly it or shoot it, then cut it for your website, your search presence and the channels you already pay for.

Free, and we read it ourselves. No pitch, no obligation, and 805.243.8321 if you would rather talk.

3 Ways in Animated, flown, or on a gimbal 1 Shoot Cut for every screen you own 30+ Years in business Serving the web community No Contracts Nothing to sign, nothing to cancel

Three ways to get a video made. Your story decides which.

Not every business wants a camera on site, and not every story needs one. We tell you which of the three fits before anybody books a day.

Animated — Animation and mascots

The one we get asked for most. A character built with our own tools and animated in house — yours if you already have one, or a new one if you do not — so nobody stands in front of a lens and nothing waits on the weather.

Flown — Drone and aerial

For a yard, a site, a property or a fleet, the scale of the thing only reads from above. One pass gives you an establishing shot the rest of the video hangs off, and a look at your operation your customers cannot get from the street.

Walked — Gimbal and motion

A stabilised walk through the shop, the line or the build. It moves the way your customers would move if your customers were standing in the room, which is what makes a real space feel real on a screen.

Animation is the one we get asked for most. It is not the only one we do, and a video with a camera in it is often the right answer — we will tell you plainly which of the three yours is.

Give your brand a face people remember.

Characters animated in house, then cut for every feed, every ad and every screen you own. Some we build from scratch, some our customers already had.

Turtle Tim was theirs before we met. We built the search and local base first, then animated the mascot and put the video where their customers were. These are their figures, off the case study ledger.

A visitor who watches is a visitor who stays. Search engines can see that.

Most people do not read. Your customers skim a page, decide in a moment whether it is worth the time, and go back to the results. Put a video on that same page and your customers stop and watch it through instead.

That difference has a name. Dwell time is how long somebody stays before returning to search, and it is one of the ways Google works out whether a page actually answered the question it ranked for. A video is the most reliable way to move it, because watching is the one thing your customers will do without being asked twice.

The video earns the page its position a second way as well. A transcript, captions and proper markup mean every word spoken in it is indexed like the rest of your content — so one production both holds your customers and gives search something more to read.

The page as words
Your customer skims it and goes back to the results.
The same page, with a video
Your customer stops, watches, and is still there when it ends.
That difference is one of the ways a search engine tells a page that answered the question from a page that sent your customer straight back to the results.

The first thing on the page should move. It is what keeps your customers there.

A hero that moves does the introduction a paragraph cannot. Before your customers have read a word, the video has shown the yard, the line, the crew or the character, and the page has already said what kind of company this is.

That is the difference between a website that lists what you do and a website that shows it. Your customers arrive, the video holds them, and the scroll that follows belongs to somebody who has already decided to keep looking.

It is also the cheapest presentation upgrade a site can be given. The structure of the page does not change and the copy does not move. The thing at the top of it starts moving.

The video sits where the headline used to be. Nothing below it changes — which is why this is the cheapest thing you can do to a page that is already written.

If you want it from the top

What video marketing actually involves

The short version, for whoever would rather be shown than told: what the work covers, and what the animation that makes up most of it actually looks like.

Here is what comes back to you before you spend a dollar with us

Four things, in writing, and you can hand the whole thing to whoever shoots for you now.

Which of the three fits

Whether your story is better animated, flown or walked, with the reason, so you are not paying for a crew you did not need.

What the video has to do

The one claim it carries and the reason to believe it, written down before anybody books a day or opens a drawing file.

Where every cut goes

One production, cut for your website, your search presence and every feed you own, so you are not paying per channel.

What it takes to make

The work in the order it has to happen, with the hours scoped, so the number is in front of you before you decide anything.

No contract, nothing to cancel. You get the number before you commit to it, and it does not move quietly afterwards.

  • Where the video goes once it exists, page by page.
  • The work in the order it has to happen, with the hours scoped.

Everything people ask about video before they say yes.

Do we have to be on camera?

Only if you want to be. Animation needs nobody on camera and nothing on site, and it is the option we get asked for most: the PrimaryPoolServices.com video that moved their calls was their own mascot animated, not a founder talking to a lens.

We paid for footage once and it just sat on the website.

Because that video was made as a keepsake and never given a job. A video scoped for the pages it will sit on, cut for the screens it will run on, and measured against calls and booked work is a different piece of work from a highlight reel — and it is the scoping, not the camera, that makes the difference.

Does video actually help SEO?

In two ways. Your customers stay on a page with a video on it, and that dwell time is one of the signals a search engine uses to judge whether a page answered the question it ranked for. The video also adds content search can read: a transcript, captions and proper markup mean the words spoken in it are indexed like anything else on your site.

What does video marketing cost?

It depends, and how long is a shoelace? Nobody can price this honestly before knowing what the video has to do, where it runs and how much of it there is. So we find that out first, then scope the work and sculpt it to fit what you actually need. We work by the hour. There is no flat rate and no cookie-cutter package here, because a package is a number somebody wrote before they met you — you get the hours in front of you before you commit, and you pay for the work that is genuinely needed. It starts with a free evaluation, including a straight read on whether your foundation is ready or needs work first.

How long before anything happens?

A video changes how a page behaves from the day it goes live, because the visitors are already arriving and the video is what holds them. The search side compounds instead: every page and every piece we add stacks on the last one, so the best month is usually still ahead of you.

Do we have to sign a contract?

No. There is nothing to sign and nothing to cancel, and we have never locked anybody in. Stop whenever you want, go whenever you want. You stay because the work is earning, and the month you decide it is not, you stop.

Where are you, and how do we meet?

Ventura, California, and Long Island, New York. Zoom works for most of it. If you are near either one, we would rather sit down with you.
