Privacy Policy
Last updated September 12, 2026
This policy covers thefinalcode.com, run by The Final Code, 1300 Eastman Ave, Ventura, CA 93003. It explains what we collect when you visit the site or send us something through it, what we do with it, and the choices you have.
What you give us
When you fill in a form on this site, we receive what you type into it. Depending on the form, that is your name, email address, phone number, company, website address, the service or cities you are interested in, and your message. We also record which page the form was sent from.
We do not ask for payment details, and nothing on this site asks you to create an account.
What is collected automatically
Like most websites, this one uses cookies and similar tools to see how the site is used and whether our advertising works. They record things like the pages you view, how you arrived, roughly where you are, and the kind of device and browser you use. The tools are:
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, to count visits and see which pages people use.
- Google Ads and the Meta pixel, to measure whether our ads lead to visits and enquiries, and to show our ads to people who have visited the site.
- Microsoft Clarity, which records clicks, scrolling and mouse movement so we can see where a page is confusing.
- Vimeo, which plays the videos on our pages and may set its own cookies when a video loads.
- ActiveCampaign, whose form on some pages sets a cookie that lasts up to a year, so the form can tell whether it has already been shown or filled in.
The site also remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme. That setting stays in your own browser and is not sent to us.
What we use it for
- To answer you, and to prepare anything you asked for, such as a visibility report.
- To follow up about the services you asked about. If you signed up through our ActiveCampaign form, to send the emails you signed up for. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand how the site is used and make it work better.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
Who else handles it
We use outside services to run the site, and they handle information for us:
- Form submissions pass through submit-form.com, Formspree or ActiveCampaign, depending on the form, before they reach us.
- The analytics and advertising tools listed above receive information about your visit directly from your browser. Google, Meta and Microsoft handle that information under their own privacy policies.
We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and change how Google shows you ads in My Ad Center.
- You can change how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Meta ad preferences.
- You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact details below.
California residents
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, to ask us to delete or correct it, to opt out of its sale or sharing for advertising, and not to be treated differently for using any of those rights. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm who you are before acting on it.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and our correspondence with you for as long as we need them to work with you and to keep ordinary business records. Analytics and advertising tools keep data for the periods their providers set.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
When we change how the site handles information, we update this page and the date at the top.
